How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who reaches out to Gmglobalconnet Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How Gmglobalconnet Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each manages its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Gmglobalconnet Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@gmglobalconnet.space and include:
- Your name and contact details
- When you reached us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and the outcome you would like
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that we got your message. Then we look into it. That may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
Not Satisfied With the Answer?
Reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency, the state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
